There is no standard definition of what a giclee print is. However, in general, giclée refers to an inkjet printing process in which colored inks are carefully blended to produce high-quality and detailed art reproductions on high-quality papers.
What is the difference between "Enhanced Matte" and "Archival Cotton Rag?"
Both paper options use archival, pigmented ink and, when viewed side-by-side, are indistinguishable from each other in terms of paper texture, color, detail, and print quality.
The critical distinction is that the cotton rag paper is archival and designed to maintain its original quality for 100-200 years, depending on environmental exposure.
If you want a museum-quality print that can be resold or passed down to future generations to enjoy, then opt for cotton rag paper. If not, then enhanced matte is the way to go.
